    • You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later.
    • After the initial 14-day period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
  3. Return Process:
    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. They will guide you through the process and provide any necessary instructions or a return authorization if required.
    • For in-store purchases, you may visit any of our physical store locations to initiate the return or exchange process. Our staff will assist you accordingly.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • If you are returning an item due to a defect or an error on our part, Laughton’s Hardware Store will cover the return shipping costs.
    • For returns unrelated to defects or errors, you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
  5. Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its eligibility based on the conditions mentioned in point 1.
    • If the item meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
    • Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the desired item. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or provide a suitable alternative as per your preference.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:
