Duram Bonding Liquid is a dual action bonding and sealing treatment for powdery and porous surfaces prior to painting. It is a penetrating sealer and binds to protect and strengthen the surface, promoting intercoat adhesion and excellent alkali resistance. It can be topcoated with water- and solvent-based paints.
